Baby massage training courses for independent practitioners
Baby massage training courses for health professionals, body workers and massage practitioners from Massage for Babies are accredited and give students the skills, experience and confidence to teach baby massage to parents and carers.
There are places for just eight students on each of the baby massage training courses.
Volunteer parents bring their babies so that the eight baby massage students get first-hand teaching practice in a supportive and relaxed environment. Visiting lecturers give talks on the development of babies.
Former students who completed the course successfully and have been awarded the Embody CThA approved certificate have set up baby massage classes in the UK, Europe and Australasia.
The courses get fully booked quickly because there are so few places. The baby massage training courses are held in Lewes, East Sussex, and a prospectus can be downloaded here.
